Submits the amended articles of incorporation to the commercial court registry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bear in Mind<\/strong><br \/>\nThe independent third-party verification must take place 18 months after the company attains mission-driven status (24 months for companies with fewer than 50 employees).
